SAVE THE BUNNY, SAVE THE MANOR.

Character Names: SO VERY OPEN TO EVERYONE.

When: Saturday to Sunday of Save the Bunny, Savor the Manor week

Location: The entire Manor and grounds.

Summary: The Kishins have taken over the Manor and are holding the Bunny hostage. The Manorites must fight to take back their home!

Rating: Um. R, I imagine.

Warnings: Death, bloodshed and tears. The usual.

[Today's the big battle, folks. The troops are rallied and the plan is as complete as it'll ever be; the Kishins are thronging and armed within the Manor. On the top floor of the Manor is Albert Fish, the powerful boss of the Kishins, and by his side, bedraggled and frightened, is the Plot Bunny in his cage. Fish hopes that the sight of the poor, hungry Bunny will lure some of the Manor's cute kids to come in and ask nicely for him. Let's not let that happen! Only you can save the Manor!]

[NOTE: As per Elizabeth and Shiki's plan, this will be a multi-pronged attack. Your character can be on any of the battlefronts as seen below. The Final Battle with Fish will have its own area to comment in at the bottom of this log, but it will not be up until midnight tonight so that everyone gets a fighting chance. If your character has decided to mount an attack unrelated to that of Shiki and Elizabeth, feel free to comment and make your own area where your characters can attack in this log.]

Mamimi stared in horror as her mentor asked her how she was. She couldn't even formulate the words she needed to tell him he was hurt. Her lips formed soundless syllables, warning him over and over and over again. But no noise came. In fact she couldn't hear anything at all until Piccolo dropped to the ground. And then she was aware of her own screaming, her own dull crying as she ran to his side.

"Piccolo-san!" She dropped down next to him, tears flowing down her cheeks, mixing with the blood that had splattered there. "You can't...!"

Piccolo looked up at her, his breathing growing more and more labored. Still he managed a smile and reached up to give her a pat on the head, ruffling her hair.

"D-don't worry about me kid... I'll be- ugh!"

He lurches forward again in a coughing fit. Mentally cursing his own weakness, he untucked Elphaba's book from his sash and handed it to Mamimi.

"Listen kid, I made a promise to someone... to get that for them... could you bring it to her? Her name is Elphaba..."

Piccolo begins to sway, and it's not long before he topples over. He rolls onto his back and look up at Mamimi with a smile.

"You know... last time I died people celebrated... no one mourned... but now... thanks Mamimi... Keep up with your training... alright?"

Blood and tears rushed down Mamimi's face, even as she tried to stop them with a vicious rub from the back of her wrist. She took the book from him clutching it to her chest tightly. "I will," she managed, "I promise." Mamimi kneels besides her mentor, lost for words. She only nods at his final request. "Piccolo-san, please don't die. Try to hold on! Please! I'll get you help! Just hold on!" She bites her lip because she knows all too well that she is too late.

He lets out a raspy chuckle and places his hand on Mamimi's head.

"It's alright kid, I'll be...I'll be..."

He was unable to finish his sentence. With one last breath all strength seems to fade and his hand falls to his side as his body goes limp.

The tears welled up in Mamimi's eyes again and for a long time she sat there in horrified silence, unable to even breathe through her shock. It took an explosion to bring the world back into focus, a blast that shook the Manor from below. She leapt to her feet, careful to keep the book close. "I'll do everything can Piccolo, I promise."
