[Gene walks into class and heard the cheering from the girl as she set to work. The moment Gene opened his book, he laughed and set to work. He didn't need a calculator.

Nothing like a few nerds to make a little contest out of equations and shapes.]

Oh, you're Kio? Hi. I'm Gene.

[He smiles and extends his hand in a friendly manner.]

[Kio's a little confused as to what Gene means. Would Gene's daughter like Kio as a babysitter? Or a friend? Or...what?]

[He sighs softly, tapping his pencil on the desk.]

I wonder when this little show's going to end so I can go back home.

If we ever go back home, sure. Lynn'll like that. I feel like I'm stuck in some weird Candid Camera mishap somewhere between getting caught or getting razzed. It's like...being back in school and getting hazed for something stupid, you know?
